Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking an associate specializing in Commercial and Corporate Law. Your Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including distribution, service, and cooperation agreements, as well as general terms & conditions (B2B & B2C).
• Provide high-quality legal advice on commercial and general contract matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence in collaboration with colleagues from IP, competition, and employment law teams.
• Work on corporate law matters, including shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, and corporate housekeeping.
• Support the ongoing development of the commercial practice through client engagement and thought leadership.

Your Profile:

• A qualified lawyer with 2-4 years of experience in an international law firm or a top-tier Belgian legal service provider.
• Strong expertise in civil and commercial law, with solid knowledge of corporate law.
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent command of Dutch (native level), fluency in English and French.
• Strong academic background
