With a decade-long presence in the industry, our partner boasts an unconventional business model. Their reach spans across the globe, encompassing 600 talents spread over 15 agencies (Europe, US, Africa, and Middle-East), all sharing expertise in areas like DevOps, Cloud, Agile, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, and Software.

As a Business Manager with this organization, you’ll play a pivotal role in understanding and serving client needs, fostering consultant growth, and spotting new business opportunities.

Business Manager – Your Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect key clients, understanding and addressing their needs with tailored solutions.
• Cultivate lasting business relationships, identifying further avenues for collaboration.
• Keep abreast with market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee and ensure the well-being of your team of consultants, transforming them into brand ambassadors.
• Monitor portfolio performance and profitability.

Business Manager – Your Profile

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Possesses experience in consultancy or has strong knowledge of the IT service industry.
• English plus French and/or Dutch 
• Displays ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, and a knack for networking.
