Supply Chain Manager – Textile – Brussels

For our partner, an innovative player in bio-based textile materials, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Supply Chain Manager. This strategic role is critical in building strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing global logistics to drive growth.

Key Responsibilies :

• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers and mills to ensure a high-quality, sustainable supply chain.
• Contract Negotiation: Secure favorable terms and conditions by negotiating contracts with suppliers for cost efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on material needs, production timelines, and quality requirements.
• Logistics Optimization: Streamline international logistics and procurement processes to cut costs, boost efficiency, and ensure quality control for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Supplier Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular reviews to ensure suppliers meet sustainability and quality standards in alignment with company goals.

Your Profile :

• Experience & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Textile Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in procurement and sourcing within the textile industry.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in supplier management and contract negotiation with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Fluent in English
• Adaptability & ANention to Detail: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
