Your main responsibilities:

• Manage your files independently, ensuring efficient case handling while collaborating with senior lawyers on strategic matters.
• Stay up to date with market developments and regulatory changes, ensuring clients receive the most relevant legal guidance.
• Mentor and support junior associates, contributing to a strong and collaborative team environment.

Your profile:

• A Belgian Law degree
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Banking & Finance law within a reputable law firm.
• Strong legal knowledge and analytical skills, with the ability to turn legal theory into practical, actionable advice.
• Ability to work independently, taking full responsibility for assigned cases.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of the other national language and strong proficiency in English.
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and client relationship skills.
