Your main responsibilities:

• Advise clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and private equity deals.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents.
• Work closely with financial institutions and corporate clients on structuring and financing acquisitions or projects.
• Represent clients in corporate litigation and dispute resolution when required.

Your profile:

• Belgian-qualified lawyer with 3 to 7 years of experience in corporate and M&A law.
• Strong commercial awareness combined with a deep understanding of corporate and M&A law.
• Experience working or studying abroad is considered an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch with a strong command of English and French for daily business use.
• Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
• Open-minded, motivated, and entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset.
