We are looking for a skilled Associate Corporate and M&A Law to join our client’s esteemed team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and corporate matters in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Your main responsibilities:
- Advise clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and private equity deals.
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents.
- Work closely with financial institutions and corporate clients on structuring and financing acquisitions or projects.
- Represent clients in corporate litigation and dispute resolution when required.
Your profile:
- Belgian-qualified lawyer with 3 to 7 years of experience in corporate and M&A law.
- Strong commercial awareness combined with a deep understanding of corporate and M&A law.
- Experience working or studying abroad is considered an asset.
- Fluent in Dutch with a strong command of English and French for daily business use.
- Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
- Open-minded, motivated, and entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset.
