Your main responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on procurement law, planning and environmental law, energy law, and other public law matters.
• Assist clients with tenders and a broad range of regulatory issues.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Represent clients in litigation before the Constitutional Court, the Council of State, and other courts.
• Monitor legal developments and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Your profile:

• Belgian-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in public law
• Experience in a similar practice is a strong advantage.
• International experience (study or work abroad) is considered an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with a working knowledge of French.
• Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills with a hands-on and pragmatic approach.
