Account Manager – Brussels 

Looking for an exciting opportunity as an Account Manager in a growing IT consultancy (specializing in IT Infrastructures) driven by innovation? Our partner, located in Brussels, is seeking a skilled and passionate marketing professional to join their team. With a flat management structure, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the founders and colleagues from all departments. As the Account manager, you will be the first point of contact with the clients.

Account Manager – Your Responsibilities

As the Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for new business while taking care of the relations with the existing customers.

Your main tasks:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Understand customers’ needs and challenges, and explain how our client’s solutions can meet their needs
  • Work with technical experts and consultants to explain more complex features of our client’s solutions
  • Actively prospect for new customers and present our client’s solutions to them
  • Work with marketing and technical teams, as well as with the sales teams of the key partners (such as Dell, VMware, Checkpoint, ServiceNow, …), to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Sell projects and services to both new and existing customers, highlighting the strengths and differentiators of our company

Account Manager – Your profile 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch or French and English (trilingual is a plus)
  • Passion for IT and new technologies
  • Customer-oriented, motivated, and comfortable with sales prospecting
  • Previous experience in sales in the IT sector is a strong plus
  • Understanding of the sales process and its different stages
  • Curious and motivated to learn and improve technological knowledge
