Main Responsibilities
- Support and assist managers in the daily HR management of consulting teams.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth and effective integration.
- Oversee the administrative management of personnel: employment contracts, periodic interviews, payroll, leave, absences, probation periods, interviews, travel, drafting contracts, and various certificates.
- Develop skills by organizing appropriate training sessions.
- Manage performance appraisals and evaluations.
- Maintain harmonious social relations and handle conflicts within the company.
- Lead the company’s HR communication: drafting and disseminating internal announcements and informational documents.
Desired Profile
- Admin or HR Bachelor or prior similar experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a big plus)
