Our partner, located in Brussels, is seeking a skilled and passionate marketing professional to join their team. With a flat management structure, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the founders and colleagues to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan.

Your Responsibilities

As the Marketing Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing the content, design, and distribution of marketing materials across various channels, including social media and ad campaigns. You’ll also work closely with the sales team to drive direct marketing efforts and manage and optimize the customer and prospect database. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for managing external visibility through events, sponsorships, and promotional materials, as well as collaborating with HR on internal marketing initiatives.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Graphic Design
• Fluency in English and one of the national languages
• Strong copywriting skills and a passion for writing
• Knowledge of HTML and proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro)
• Experience in website/blog management, SEO and/or SEA, social media management, email marketing/automation, and graphic design is preferred
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (MailChimp, Wishpond, Dynamics) is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for marketing, new technologies, and digital transformation
