Your Responsibilities

• Provide support.
• Give training to the junior.
• Build all PCs and redistribute hardware.
• Resolve permanently recuring incident proactively.
• Assist the IT Projects
• Assist with installations and migrations.
• Bug fixing and troubleshooting.
• Keep technical documentation up to date.

Your profile

• Over 4 years of experience in Support or team lead position
• Customer-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in French and English
