Your Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests as per internal protocols.
• Lead projects from design to implementation, emphasizing complex network structures.
• Act as a primary point of contact and advisor for clients.
• Update and upgrade your technical know-how, aligning with industry advancements.

Your Profile

Essentials:

• Proficiency in at least 2 of the technologies mentioned: Check Point, Cisco Wireless, TrendMicro, etc.
• Relevant certifications are an added benefit.
• Strong communication, understanding of client needs, detail-orientation, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Desirables:

• Command over English, Dutch, and/or French.
• A Bachelor’s in IT with 2 years of experience or a Master’s in industrial/civil Engineering.
