This is a unique position mixing Service Delivery Management, Project management, and People management (software development team).

Role & Responsibilities

• Service Excellence: Lead and manage the on-time delivery of software development projects, upholding the highest quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Develop, coach, and mentor a squad of software developers, instilling best practices and a commitment to excellence.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams from project inception to delivery.
• Process Management: Continually evaluate and refine methodologies for optimal efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage challenges and bottlenecks that may affect project delivery.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Service Delivery Management role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience managing software development teams; proficiency in tech stacks like .NET, JAVA, or PHP is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Continuous Delivery Practices.
