Your main responsibilities:

• Advise clients on commercial disputes, litigation strategies, and contract-related matters.
• Handle a variety of litigation and commercial law cases, working independently while collaborating with senior lawyers.
• Provide clear, pragmatic, and business-oriented legal advice to clients.
• Stay up to date with legal and market developments, ensuring that your advice remains current and relevant.
• Take initiative in supporting the team’s growth and knowledge sharing, including mentoring junior lawyers.

Your profile:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Commercial & Litigation law, with a strong legal foundation.
• Interest or experience in insolvency law is a strong plus.
• Belgian Law degree
• Ability to work independently and manage cases responsibly.
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and a strong command of English.
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and client relationship skills.
