ASSOCIATE CORPORATE M&A – LAW FIRM

A leading international law firm is looking to strengthen its Corporate/M&A practice with a Medior Associate. Your Responsibilities

• Advise clients on M&A, joint ventures, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate governance.
• Support the structuring and execution of complex deals, including reorganisations and divestitures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions.
• Deliver clear, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Belgian law with excellent academic results.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Corporate and/or M&A law, preferably within a law firm.
• Full professional proficiency in French, strong command of English, and at least a passive knowledge of Dutch.
• Strong interest in transactional work such as M&A, private equity, and venture capital.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven team player with excellent communication skills.
• Keen to develop further in a challenging and international setting.
