Do you have several years of experience in commercial disputes and want to deepen your expertise in complex litigation? In this role, you will handle a wide range of cases, from post M&A conflicts to W&I and commercial litigation. You will have the autonomy to manage files independently, maintain direct client contact, and be part of a close-knit team that values quality and collaboration.

Your responsibilities

• Independently manage cases within commercial disputes and litigation

• Act as a key point of contact for clients and colleagues

• Provide advice that is legally sound and practically applicable

• Stay on top of new trends and developments in commercial litigation

• Contribute to team development and mentor junior colleagues

Your profile

• Master of Laws degree

• 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial litigation at a law firm

• Solid knowledge of commercial law and dispute resolution

• Pragmatic approach: you turn theory into actionable advice

• Enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and coaching junior lawyers

• Fluent in Dutch, with good knowledge of the other national language and excellent English
