Key Responsibilities

• Handle corporate law and M&A transactions, advising clients on strategic legal matters.

Your Profile 

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in a top-tier law firm.
• Master’s degree in Belgian law with excellent academic results. An M. from an English or American university is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of French and English.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• A client-oriented, hands-on mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• A team player, eager to work in a collaborative and professional environment.
