• Recruitment & Development Focus – Strong experience in talent acquisition, learning & development, and payroll processes.
• People & Communication Skills – Ability to build relationships at all levels and work in Dutch, French, and English.
• Results-Oriented & Organized – Skilled at managing strategic and operational HR tasks efficiently.
