For our esteemed international law firm partner, we seek a Client Account Manager. This pivotal role combines managerial, operational, and client-focused responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing the billing and collection process meticulously, ensuring billing accuracy and on-time payments. It entails close collaboration with partners, practice group leaders, and financial teams to guarantee compliance with client guidelines and rates before invoicing. Moreover, the manager is responsible for generating top-quality reports for senior management. Key responsibilities include monitoring client accounts, enhancing processes, conducting data analysis, fostering internal collaboration and team leadership, and maintaining robust organizational relationships for effective coverage during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with client directives and agreements
  • Supervise the Billing and Collection Process
  • Manage the team effectively

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant billing and client relations experience, with over 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Language: English (native or bilingual)
  • Skills: Proficiency in billing and collection processes, strong communication, and organizational skills.
