Your main responsibilities:

• Assist in advising clients on commercial disputes, litigation strategies, and contract-related matters.
• Work on a diverse range of litigation and commercial law cases, under the guidance of senior lawyers.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on market developments, ensuring that advice remains current and relevant.
• Contribute to a collaborative and efficient team environment, actively participating in case preparation and strategy.

Your profile:

• Belgian Master of Laws (LL.M. is a plus, but not required).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Commercial & Litigation.
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and an excellent command of English.
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and legal research skills.
• A team player who values collaboration and contributes positively to the work environment.
