Service Delivery Manager – Responsibilities:

  • Service Oversight: Ensure prompt and top-tier delivery of SaaS solutions, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the pivotal link between clients and internal departments, guaranteeing fluid communication and maximizing client contentment.

Service Delivery Manager – Your Profile:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Service Delivery Management
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English is required
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills is a must.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS company would greatly enhance your candidacy.
