Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy & Development: Analyze and understand market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned geographic region.
  • Client Acquisition & Management: Actively prospect and qualify new clients, lead negotiations, and finalize commercial contracts. Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams, such as R&D and customer service, to ensure seamless client interactions. Regularly update CRM systems and prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
  • Field Engagement: Conduct field visits to clients and key markets, with about 20% travel within Europe, to oversee product distribution and strengthen market presence.

Your Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, ideally within the food industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Tools: Proficient in using digital sales platforms (ERP systems, LinkedIn) and office software.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
