Key Responsibilies

• Advise national and international clients on a broad range of employment and labour law
• Draft and review contracts, policies, and other employment-related documentation.
• Handle disputes, negotiations, and litigation in employment law cases.
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant regulations and case law.
• Work closely with senior lawyers to develop innovative and pragmatic legal solutions for clients.

Your Profile 

• Master’s degree in Belgian law with strong academic credentials.
• 3-5 years of experience in employment law, gained in a top-tier law firm or in-house.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, with proficiency in French.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• A proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
