Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a focus on insolvency and restructuring law.
• Advise clients on financial distress, restructuring strategies, and insolvency proceedings.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations with creditors and stakeholders.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, staying up to date with insolvency regulations and case law.
• Work closely with partners and senior associates on high-value litigation cases.
• Provide business-focused legal solutions and maintain direct client relationships.

Your Profile

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a dispute resolution lawyer in a top-tier business law firm.
• Master’s degree in Belgian law with excellent academic results. An M. from an English or American university is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English and good knowledge of French.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and litigation skills.
• A client-oriented, hands-on mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• A team player, eager to work in a collaborative and professional environment.
