Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients and assist in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including:
• Collaboration contracts, distribution and agency agreements, service, production, and licensing contracts.
• Public sector agreements, such as concession contracts and public procurement.
• Handle litigation cases in commercial law, drafting procedural documents and representing clients before courts.
• Support clients across diverse sectors, including industry, banking, insurance, and the public sector.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with senior associates and partners.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Belgian law.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial law or a strong motivation to start your career at the bar in this field.
• Fluent in Dutch, with an excellent command of English and French.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• A practical and proactive mindset, with a focus on high-quality legal service.
• Able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to meet deadlines efficiently.
