Helpdesk / 1st line support – Brussels

For one of our partners, an IT consultancy driven by innovation, we are looking for a Helpdesk / 1st line support.

Located in Brussels, our partner is a small IT consultancy driven by innovation. As the company is growing, they are looking for new consultant. They try to differentiate themselves in investing a lot in the formation of their consultant. Being small (between 40 a 50 consultant) they have a flat management meaning that you can talk to the founders as you do with your colleagues.

Helpdesk / 1st line support – Your Responsibilities

  • Answer the customer’s calls/emails, try to understand his problem
  • Define the context
  • Perform troubleshooting
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Define the part of the system where the problem occurs (infra, data, application itself)
  • What solution is being considered
  • Encode all this in a ticket

Helpdesk / 1st line support – Your profile 

Languages: being fluent in English + one of the national languages

A degree in IT or first experience in a similar position

Personality is very important: good communication skills, problem solving skills and stress resistant
