Service Level Manager – Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate enduring relationships with key clients, address their needs proactively, and ensure swift issue resolution.
  • Provide pivotal updates and oversee certificate renewals.

People Management:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous growth.
  • Manage team schedules in ServiceNow in line with contractual commitments.

Service Level Functions:

  • Uphold SLAs, generate monthly client and internal reports, and steer incident and change management.
  • Oversee field services and organize periodic IT field meetings with clients.

Service Level Manager – Profile:

  • More than 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English, Dutch and/or French
  • Demonstrable ITIL expertise with at least one certification
  • Analytical skills in Excel or Power BI
  • Strong communication, team collaboration, and customer-centric attributes
