Your responsibilities

• Manage your own files within employment law and act as a reliable contact for clients.

• Provide clear, pragmatic advice that translates legal theory into practical solutions.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in employment law and apply them to your cases.

• Support, mentor and motivate junior lawyers in their professional growth.

• Contribute to the overall development of the Employment, Pensions & Benefits practice.

Your profile

• Belgian Master of Laws degree.

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Employment Law at a recognized law firm.

• Strong expertise in employment law and the ability to manage cases independently.

• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.

• Team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and fostering collaboration.

• Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of the other national language and excellent English.
