Account Manager – Responsibilities:

  • Manage a key client, deeply understand their needs, and collaborate closely to craft tailor-made solutions, ensuring their guidance in the most optimal manner.
  • Drive effective upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize value.
  • Continuously ensure their satisfaction, thereby guaranteeing the ongoing renewal of contracts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, establishing a strong and trustful link between the client and our partner.

Account Manager – Your profile:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Sales is essential.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English is required; fluency in French would be a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills is a must.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS domain and HR sector would greatly enhance your candidacy.
