The company is an international telephony company, you will be part of the Belgian office.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for our platforms and terminals (by phone, ticketing & email)
• Provide and organize technical trainings/webinars to our partners and end users.
• Assist with installations and migrations.
• Product and feature testing
• Bug fixing and troubleshooting.
• Keep technical documentation and training materials up to date.

Your profile

• Comprehensive IT knowledge
• Customer service and support
• VoIP / IP telephony / Unified Communications
• Networking basic knowledge
• Bilingual French and Dutch + Fluent in English
