Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be Recruiting, Sourcing, and Employer Branding.

Recruiting and Sourcing:

• Managing a job portfolio
• In charge of managing the entire recruitment process for numerous positions at various levels.
• Assist recruiting managers in articulating their requirements and outlining their demands.
• Encourage, test, and counsel hiring managers to use market and recruitment data to inform and sway important local hiring choices.
• Communicate with your HR colleagues in the areas of compensation & benefits, mobility, payroll, HRBPs, etc.

Employer branding:

• Ensure that all employed marketing techniques adhere to Group Global’s employer branding standards.
• Represent the Group at trade shows in accordance with business strategy
• Actively participate in HR communication initiatives, including campaigns, internal or external events, and career fairs.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment
• Fluent in French and English
• Experience in Engineering or Tech profile is a strong plus
