Account Manager – Your Responsibilities

Client & Partner Management:

  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify potential clientele, delve into market research, and strategize to expand our customer portfolio.
  • Liaise closely with partner sales teams, solidifying our rapport and promoting our value proposition.

Sales & Business Strategy:

  • Participate actively in sales pitches, presentations, and workshops, emphasizing our core competencies.
  • Collaborate on proposals, driving the contract negotiation process to fruition.

Account Manager – Your Profile

  • At least fluent proficiency in English, Dutch or French.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • An innate customer-centric approach, complemented by strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive both as a team player and in individual capacities.
  • Desirable: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT or a related field, and prior sales experience, especially in IT.
