A leading legal firm in Brussels is actively seeking a Business Development Technology Coordinator to enrich their EMEA Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintaining the CRM (InterAction/MS Dynamics) and Pitch/Experience Management database (Foundation).
  • Coordinating e-marketing initiatives (Vuture) to support the Marketing department and the firm’s broader objectives.
  • Managing client events, including invitation generation, registration tracking, and event success analytics.
  • Distributing thought leadership content and managing other mailings through the e-marketing system.
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate recording of information in the experience management database and conducting quality assurance.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience with relational databases (CRM) and e-marketing systems.
  • Familiarity with InterAction, Microsoft Dynamics, Vuture, and Foundation is highly regarded.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a meticulous attention to detail and quality.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours for critical tasks and a strong interest in new technologies.
