Space Project Manager – Advanced Tech Solutions – Liège

This role involves organizing and coordinating diverse and stimulating projects in the fields of professional video, camera design, embedded systems, and space & aeronautics. Mission:

As a Space Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of various high-tech projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Task Organization: Structuring and scheduling tasks to meet project objectives.
• Resource Coordination: Managing both material and human resources efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Analysis: Identifying and mitigating project risks in collaboration with the technical team.
• Team Leadership: Leading and coordinating a project team of up to 10-15 members, providing guidance and support, and maintaining team focus on project goals.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction through precise reporting and well-developed project plans.
• Lifecycle Management: Overseeing support, R&D, and new developments throughout the product lifecycle in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Status Reporting: Delivering clear project status updates to various management levels within the company.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to enhance company processes.
• Resource Allocation: Assisting the PMO in optimal resource allocation by articulating needs while offering flexibility.
• Presales Support: Contributing to presales activities by providing cost and schedule estimates.
• Company Representation: Occasionally representing the company at international exhibitions.

Profile:

• Team Player: A collaborative and supportive team member.
• Educational Background: Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering. Experience in a similar domain is a plus.
• Technological Affinity: Ability to discuss technology with teams and clients.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English or French or Dutch.
